Kristen Scott is the Founder and CEO of Project Solved, a certified MBE/WBE/DBE/SBE change management and strategic consulting firm based in Wilmington, Delaware. With over 20 years of experience spanning coordinator-level operations to executive leadership, Kristen brings a rare combination of high-level strategic thinking and deep implementation expertise to every engagement. She doesn't just create the plan — she stays in the room until the work is done.Kristen is a certified DiSC® practitioner and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® facilitator, and she brings a warm, direct facilitation style anchored in psychological safety and authentic connection. She has led organizational change, strategic planning, and leadership development engagements for government agencies, nonprofits, and corporations including the Delaware Department of Labor, Capital One, Best Egg, Delaware State University, and the Longwood Foundation.Kristen is also the author of The Change Chronicles, a newsletter delivering practical insights on change management, team dynamics, and leadership to people leaders and organizations navigating growth.
