Hello, my name is Kristen Scott, and I'm the founder and CEO of Project Solved.
I'm delighted to welcome you to the start of an interesting trip where we'll delve into the realm of change management, leadership development, and team dynamics. Through this blog series, I'll share my experience, the what we’re working on here at Project Solved, and how we help companies build strong teams and manage change with confidence and clarity.
Change is inevitable, but how can we thrive in the face of it? That requires planning, strategy, and a focus on people. At Project Solved, we know people matter and companies cannot achieve their goals unless their teams are engaged and encouraged.
Who I Am
As an analytical and conceptual thinker, I specialize in identifying problems, developing strategic solutions, and carrying out effective change management strategies. My goal is to assist businesses in creating healthy teams and sustainable cultures by implementing comprehensive solutions that address team dynamics, corporate culture, and workforce development.
I received my Bachelor of Science from Howard University and my Master of Public Health from Thomas Jefferson University. My credentials include Trauma-Informed Workplace Practitioner, Wiley's DiSC® and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®, Diversity and Inclusion (Cornell University), and Strategic Change Management (Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University). With more than a decade of experience, I've had the opportunity to collaborate with businesses to launch projects, develop leaders, and execute long-term success strategies.
In this space, I’ll be sharing more about my personal journey—what brought me to this work, why I’m passionate about change management, and the story behind Project Solved. It all began when I knew there had to be a better way to work on impactful projects without the burnout and challenging team/leadership dynamics.
